Holistic Corporate Consulting
Alongside my fiduciary practice, I founded 22 Chace (22C Corporate Consulting) as a holistic corporate consulting agency to address a need I repeatedly observed in the corporate world: talented professionals and leaders struggling under the weight of stress, poor work–life balance, and the constant demands of high-pressure environments. While working in both the legal and financial services industries, I saw and experienced first-hand how these pressures not only affect individual wellbeing but also impact organisational culture, leadership effectiveness, and long-term sustainability.
Drawing on my legal training, corporate experience, and ongoing study of human behaviour and leadership, I designed this consulting practice to help professionals and organisations navigate these challenges with clarity and resilience.
I provide coaching and consulting in the following key areas:
Leadership Development – building authentic, resilient leaders who can guide teams effectively in complex and uncertain environments.
Stress Management – equipping individuals with practical tools to manage high-pressure situations without sacrificing wellbeing.
Work–Life Balance – helping professionals create sustainable routines and boundaries that allow them to thrive both personally and professionally.
My approach combines structured coaching with a holistic perspective, ensuring that solutions are not only effective in the workplace but also support long-term personal growth. Whether working with individuals, teams, or executives, I prioritise integrity, empathy, and practical application.
The result is healthier professionals, stronger leaders, and more resilient organisations - capable of sustaining success without burnout.
